Passport Seva photo and signature size

The Passport Seva portal wants a JPEG photograph of exactly 630 × 810 pixels, the digital form of 35 × 45 mm, with a plain white background. It must be between 10 and 250 KB, and a file around 100–200 KB uploads most reliably. Under the ICAO rules in force since 2025 the face should fill 80–85% of the frame.
