FormReady processes files only to produce the download you request. Normal tools do not require an account. This page also explains how advertising and cookies work on this site.
Uploads are held only for the active request, use random internal handling, and are not placed in a public file directory. Temporary request data is discarded automatically when processing finishes. Original filenames are not logged, and calculator pages (age, marks, SGPA/CGPA, dimensions) run entirely in your browser without uploading anything.
Identity documents, photographs, signatures and extracted information are not used for advertising profiles, behavioural analytics, machine-learning training or content libraries. Retention of uploaded content is limited to the life of the processing request itself.
Actual file content is checked before processing. Upload size, image pixels, PDF pages, memory, CPU and concurrent requests are limited to reduce malicious-file and resource-exhaustion risks. Uploaded content is never executed.
FormReady is not an official government service and is not affiliated with UIDAI or any other government organisation. Its extraction tools crop and clean documents; they never alter names, numbers, photographs, dates of birth or QR codes. Always follow the current instructions on the official application portal.
FormReady shows advertisements through Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies or local storage to serve ads, including personalised ads where you have consented. Ads are kept away from upload, processing and download controls, and this privacy page itself does not load advertising tags. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalised advertising cookies are used, and can decline or revisit that choice. You can additionally manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and control or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not affect any file tool.
FormReady's own tools do not use tracking cookies and do not build visitor profiles. Standard technical web-server logs (IP address, request path, status, browser user-agent) exist for security and reliability and rotate automatically. Third-party cookies on this site come only from advertising as described above.
