Why do the cards print at the wrong size?
Printer dialogs often default to fit-to-page scaling. Choose 100% or actual size so 85.6 × 54 mm stays exact.
Is the card content modified?
No. Each side is fitted onto the page without distortion, and no name, number, photo or QR code is ever altered.
