- Thumb impression on white paper in black or blue ink, scanned straight.
- Keep every file a JPEG; PNG uploads fail silently on the IBPS form.

What is the handwritten declaration text?
The notification prints the exact sentence. Copy it word for word, sign below it, and scan only the written area so 800 × 400 px at 50–100 KB is easy to hit.
Will the IBPS PO portal definitely accept the file?
