Bihar Public Service Commission forms take a JPEG photograph at 20–50 KB and a JPEG signature at 10–20 KB. Notices quote pixel sizes around 250 × 250 for the photo and 220 × 100 for the signature, and often ask for the signature in both Hindi and English.
